多分ジムにおると思う。
“O…k…”(What!? Is there a gym in school?)
わ、わかった。（え？学校にジムあるん？すごいな。）
さぁ、Gymやスポーツにまつわるアメリカの高校事情について
今日は色々とシェアしたいと思います
In Japan, when we hear the word “gym,”
we think of a business where you pay for a membership
to exercise and train your muscles,
but in American schools, the 「体育館」is also called the gym.
日本で「ジム」と聞くと、会費を払ってエクササイズをしたり、
マシーンを使って筋トレする場所。が思い浮かびますよね。
でもアメリカの学校でが「GYM」は体育館のことなのです。
Sports in a huge part of school culture in the States.
スポーツは、アメリカの高校を語る上で欠かせません！
In addition to the gym,
American high schools often have different spaces for sports teams:
The gym is where normal P.E. classes are held,
and students play indoor sports. 
Gymは、体育の授業をしたり、インドアスポーツの練習をするのに使います。
The track is where students run and play outdoor sports. 
Trackは、走ったり、野外スポーツをするところ。
The weight room is like the Japanese image of a gym
– team members train their muscles using exercise machines. 
weight room では、チームメンバーが、マシーンを使って筋トレをします。
The locker room is where team members shower
and change their clothes after practice. 
locker room は、チームメンバーが、練習のあとにシャワーしたり、服を着替える場所のこと。
A fun fact: high school gyms are very spacious,
so they’re often used to hold school dances and other events!
高校の体育館はとても広くて、
PromやHome coming、ミュージカルなどのイベントがよく開催されます！
